Range of products

Over the last 15years Oceanlinx is one of the few companies to have developed, deployed and operated 3 prototypes of its technology in the open ocean. Ocenalinx is a leading international company in the field of wave energy conversion. The company has developed proprietary technology for extracting energy from ocean waves and converting that energy into electricity, or using it to provide desalinated potable grade water from sea water.

Oceanlinx has designed and deployed wave energy systems since 1997, to remain at the leading edge of marine renewable technology development.

The products proposed by OceanLynx go far beyond renewable energy generation.

Electricity production

The technology is currently at a TRL (Technology Readiness Level) of 7 and should soon to be ready for full commercial deployment post successful demonstration of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency funded 1MW South Australia greenWAVE Project. This will place the technology at competitive level with the most matured renewable energy technologies.
